This website (gowithrana.com) is the portfolio of MD Masud Rana, a WordPress developer and Elementor expert. In this policy, “I”, “me” and “we” refer to MD Masud Rana. For any privacy question, contact wordpress02nov@gmail.com.
Contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter — such as your name, email address, project type, budget, language and page requirements, and your message.
Live chat. When you use the chat button we receive your name, your email address if you choose to give it, your messages and the page you were on. A random conversation ID is stored in your browser so you can continue the same chat later. Nothing else is stored on your device.
Technical data. To prevent spam we use a one-way coded version of your IP address for a short time. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss and deliver your project, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
So that I can reply to you quickly, messages you send through the website chat are forwarded to my own WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger accounts using the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Messenger Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. My replies are sent back to your chat window on this website. Meta processes these messages under its own privacy policies. If you contact me directly on WhatsApp or Messenger, those apps’ privacy policies apply too.
Website hosting; Meta (WhatsApp and Messenger, for the live chat); Google Fonts (to display the website’s typefaces); and an email service to deliver form and chat notifications. Each of them only receives what is needed to provide its service.
Enquiries and chat conversations are kept for up to 24 months so that I can follow up on projects, and are then deleted — or earlier, if you ask.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time.
To delete your data (including chats that reached me through WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger), email wordpress02nov@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include your name, the email address you used, or your chat code (for example #K7QM). I will delete your form submissions and chat conversations from this website within 30 days and confirm by email.
The website runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to messages is limited to the site administrator.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
