02 The Challenge

Bookings were taken by phone and social media messages, so the same time slot was regularly promised to two clients and deposits were chased manually.

The studio also wanted members to see their own discounted prices, and therapists to control their own availability — something a basic booking plugin could not do on its own.

03 The Solution

Amelia handles services, therapists and availability, while WooCommerce takes payment so every booking is confirmed only when it is paid.

A small custom plugin applies member pricing at checkout based on the customer’s role, and the whole front end was built in Elementor Pro so the studio can update services and copy without a developer.
